• 40 hours of in-person training, 20 hours of virtual mentoring, lesson planning, and cascading training to at least 20 colleagues.
• Use knowledge of their learners to design, deliver, adapt and assess interactive and authentic English lessons using the TESOL 6 Principles for Exemplary Teaching of English Learners research-based framework.
• Apply communicative and learner-centered teaching approaches to teach their students and fellow teachers about climate change issues and solutions using the 4Cs of 21st Century Skills and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
• Enhance their ability and confidence to develop and facilitate professional development for other English teaching colleagues that enhances communicative and learner-centered English Teaching and promotes awareness of climate change issues and solutions.
