Africa ELTA - TESOL International Association: Leadership Training Program

The Africa ELTA - TESOL International Association Leadership Program supports current and emerging English language teaching (ELT) and association leaders in increasing their leadership management skills and increasing their ability to support and impact English language teaching and learning communities of practice in their region. The blended program includes online learning modules and in-person workshops and includes participation in the Africa ELTA conference. Online required modules: 1. Organizational Management 2. Program Development 3. Women Leadership and Mentoring 4. Building Your SWOT Analysis Electives: (Complete 2 or more) Assessing and Strengthening Your LTA’s Leadership Skills Leadership: Leading from the Engine Room or Bridge? Managing Association Membership using Limited Resources Advocacy Proposal Writing Storytelling with data Communicating with and engaging members Branding for your Association: Be seen!
